For the past two decades, Elmer Lapeña has been an integral part of the company’s journey. Commencing his career as a Stage Manager under the guidance of Robby Carmona, he progressively ascended the ranks to assume the pivotal role of Event Director. In this capacity, Elmer adeptly spearheaded the production team responsible for orchestrating numerous of Saga Event’s prominent corporate accounts. Now, as the Executive Managing Director of Saga, Elmer’s seasoned leadership continues to steer the company towards new horizons of success.

Having previously served as both the COO and CFO of the company, Julie Ann Aguila’s journey has now led her to the role of Executive Director for Business Development at Saga Events. In this capacity, she assumes the crucial mantle of driving the company’s business expansion and leading the charge in securing new clients.
